About our jewellery
Our jewellery is crafted from durable stainless steel, like your long-lasting fork and spoon. You can always keep it on while engaging in everyday activities.
The jewellery retains its shine thanks to the strong PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating process, even with exposure to sweat, showers, and swimming pools. It will never turn green.
Our jewellery is made from stainless steel and it goes through a strong PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating process to ensure a long-lasting, shiny and waterproof finish.
Please note that only enamel details, beads, shells, pearls, diamonds or any other detail are not made with stainless steel or coated with PVD, hence not covered by this.
We cannot be sure of how each person will react to our jewellery, but we tested with a small sample who have sensitive skin or are allergic to nickel and they did not experience any symptoms while wearing our jewellery.
We keep the process simple and clear; our supplier creates the product and we send it straight to your hands.
Our focus is also strictly on the pieces, this is why we don’t splurge on superficial aspects such as excessive marketing and packaging. Our signature packaging is simple and recyclable.
Our pieces are manufactured in Southeast China. Having a Mandarin speaking team member allows us to collaborate closely with our manufacturers to produce high quality products in a proper environment.
Our packaging is produced in Europe, and we strive to source as many components locally as possible.
Order information
After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details, including your order number. Remember to check your spam!
If you still cannot find your order number, just reach out to us at info@splashantwerp.com and let us know your full name and email address, and we will assist you.
Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing the tracking details will be sent to you by the postal service, so you can follow the progress of your package.

We may not be able to make changes to your order once it's been placed but send an email to info@splashantwerp.com. Our support team may be able to help you out if your order hasn't been shipped yet.

Good news for our EU friends! Your orders will not have any extra taxes or duties added when delivered.
For those outside of the EU, just keep in mind that customs fees, VAT, and handling fees (if applicable) are your responsibility and may vary based on your country.
Returns/Exchange and Defects
You have a 30-day window after receiving your package to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition. Returns received in a different state or are shipped more than 30 days after delivery will not be processed. We are not responsible for any issues during the return shipping process or for lost packages.
It may take up to 20 business days for your return package to reach us, based on your location. We will only issue a refund or exchange once the returned item(s) have been delivered to us. If a return cannot be identified, it will be sent back to the sender when possible.
We guarantee a refund or exchange of returned items provided they are in the original condition in which you have received them.
We are always here to help, so if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that we will charge a fee of €6.90 for processing the return/exchange. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or will be required to be paid prior to processing the exchange. For an exchange, you will also have to pay the shipping fee again if applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
For exchanges, please allow a few days for the exchanged item to be processed and shipped to you.
Every item is carefully hand packed and inspected before it reaches your hands. Despite our best efforts, mistakes can happen.
